Right of return 

We guarantee for our products 24 months 1 warranty period. All batteries have a 6 month warranty period.

No post-warranty repair service is provided for products.

1 Additional agreement for an extended warranty period can be agreed separately.

If a product stops working within this specific warranty time, the product may be:

  • Repaired
  • Replaced with same product
  • Replaced with an equivalent refurbished product that meets the same functionality.
  • Replaced with a different product that meets the same functionality in case of EOL for the original product.

Order cancellation
The customer can request the cancellation of the order within 12 hours from the moment he submits it and if the shipping process has not started. In this case, the money is fully refunded to the customer in the same way as the payment was made.
In order to cancel the order, the customer should send an email to [email protected] and request the cancellation of the order by mentioning its serial number, full name, home phone number and mobile phone number.
In case the order has been shipped and is on its way to delivery, you withhold the amount of shipping costs as well as the return shipping costs to our headquarters. 

Please note that we process your order within the framework of our available stocks.

In case one of our products is not available in our stock, we undertake to communicate via e-mail within 2 working days from the date of the order informing you of the deadline within which the product can be delivered to you.

In addition, product availability is indicative and not binding.

Cases of Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure (famines, earthquakes, etc.) in which there is information from us about shipment delays, the customer is fully responsible for the transport and in case of cancellation, he is normally charged with the transport costs (shipment and return) entirely, even in orders with free shipping that our company has been charged by the shipping company.
